413Cares is an online community portal that connects residents with available local resources from housing, to healthcare, early education and more. By putting your Zipcode, you will be given a list of resources near you with information on how to access them.

WayFinders

Way Finders serves as the regional Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) for Hampden and Hampshire counties and administers financial assistance programs such as Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT), The Emergency Rental and Mortgage Assistance (ERMA), and other municipal programs.

These programs are designed for renters and homeowners of all household sizes to help prevent homelessness. Our single application determines eligibility for all programs. Way Finders will determine the best program(s) to fit your needs.

Pioneer Valley Coalition for Suicide Prevention is one of the state’s regional coalitions focused on reducing suicide and promoting mental health and wellness in Western Mass and consisting of people with lived experience and professionals.
