“From Beacon Hill to The 413”

Every month or two John records an episode for his local cable TV show, “From Beacon Hill to The 413”.

The goal of the show is to give viewers an inside look at what’s happening on Beacon Hill and how it impacts the district. Each episode John brings in guests to help facilitate a discussion of issues from all angles. Keep an eye out for episodes on your local cable channels or you can find past episodes below here:

Episode 14 – September 2023

Dr. Edna Rodriguez, Director of Behavioral Health for Trinity Health of New England, joins John to discuss some of the behavioral health programs provided at Trinity Health hospitals and trends that they are seeing in our region.

Episode 13 – June 2023

Peter Babineau, Director of Learn To Cope, joins John to discuss how the peer-led support network helps family members and friends who have loved ones affected by substance use disorders.

Major General Gary Keefe, the Adjutant General of the Massachusetts National Guard, joins John to talk about the Guard’s current assignments, the impact of the SPEED Act on service members throughout the Commonwealth, and the status of the fighter jet conversion at Barnes Air National Gaurd Base in Westfield.
